Awesome Stir-Fried Noodles with Ginger, Garlic and Soy Sauce
- 2 bags Yakisoba noodles
- 100 grams Sliced pork
- 1/2 bunch Komatsuna
- 1/2 bunch Chinese chives
- 5 cm Carrot
- 2 cm Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 Sesame seeds
- Mince the ginger and garlic.
- Cut the pork and vegetables into 5 cm strips.
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan and add the ginger and garlic.
- Cook until fragrant over medium-low heat.
- Add the pork and season with salt and pepper.
- When the pork is no longer pink, add the vegetables and cook over high heat.
- When the vegetables are soft, add the noodles and cook for a few minutes.
- Season with sake, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Serve on plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
