Cucumber Ice Cubes & Cucumber Mix

• Juice of 2 English cucumbers
• 2 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
• 2 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup

1. In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
2. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze; reserve the remaining Cucumber Mix for the drink.
