Mediterranean Pasta Salad
- Tangy Dressing
- 1 pouch KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. lemon zest Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- Salad:
- 2 qt. grilled shrimp, quartered Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 2 qt. whole wheat shell pasta
- 2 qt. crumbled feta cheese
- 1 qt. roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1 qt. seedless cucumbers, chopped
- 1 qt. Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1 qt. oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped, drained
- 2-2/3 cups red onions, diced
- 1 qt. fresh spinach, chiffonade
- 2 cups fresh basil, chiffonade
- 3/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped
- Tangy Dressing: Mix all ingredients.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Salad: Combine all ingredients; toss with Tangy Dressing.
- Refrigerate up to 1 hour.
