Caprese skewers
- 1 pint Mozzarella Balls (bocconcini)
- 1 pint Grape Tomatoes
- 1 bunch Fresh Basil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Freshly Cracked Pepper
- Toothpicks Or Skewers
- Cut basil into fun shapes, like triangles and squares.
- Cut grape tomatoes in half if big and/or if you want to avoid the small tomato squirt disaster on your carpet.
- Place a mozzarella ball, then your basil piece, then the tomato on a skewer.
- Repeat until your plate is full.
- Sprinkle balsamic vinegar over the mozzarella, and finish with freshly cracked black pepper.
