Caprese skewers

  1. Cut basil into fun shapes, like triangles and squares.
  2. Cut grape tomatoes in half if big and/or if you want to avoid the small tomato squirt disaster on your carpet.
  3. Place a mozzarella ball, then your basil piece, then the tomato on a skewer.
  4. Repeat until your plate is full.
  5. Sprinkle balsamic vinegar over the mozzarella, and finish with freshly cracked black pepper.
