4th Graders Cranberry Bread Recipe
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Sugar
- 11/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Margarine, melted
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Orange peel, grated
- 3/4 c. Cranberry juice
- 11/2 c. Raisins
- 11/2 c. Cranberries, fresh, pulped
- Blend all ingredients.
- Mix will be lumpy.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake in a pre-heated 350 oven for 1 hour, 15 min, or possibly till lightly browned on top.
