Berlin Bread

  1. Whisk the eggs and water until frothy, then add sugar, a little at a time.
  2. Continue whisking until the mixture is thick and creamy.
  3. Mix and sift together the flour and baking powder.
  4. Spread the mixture about 1/4 inch thick in a greased baking sheet.
  5. Make an icing with 3 1/2 oz confectioners sugar and 1 to 2 T. hot water or milk.
