Grilled Jerk Chicken with Mango Salsa

  1. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine mangos, cilantro, onions and dressing.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Mix barbecue sauce, jerk seasoning, lime juice, ginger and peppers until blended.
  5. Grill chicken 40 to 45 min.
  6. or until done (165 degrees F), turning occasionally and brushing with barbecue sauce mixture for the last 15 min.
  7. Serve chicken with mango salsa.
