Marinated Tomatoes

  1. Wash, core and cut tomatoes into 6 8 wedges, set aside.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients, whisk together and pour into resealable Ziploc bag.
  3. Add tomato wedges and marinate 4-5 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
  4. After you have depleted the tomatoes, you can just cut up more and add to the liquid to marinate again.

tomatoes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, fresh chopped parsley, sugar, salt, garlic, oregano, ground pepper
