Marinated Tomatoes
- 6 whole Tomatoes
- 3/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 3/4 teaspoons Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons Coarse Ground Pepper
- Wash, core and cut tomatoes into 6 8 wedges, set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients, whisk together and pour into resealable Ziploc bag.
- Add tomato wedges and marinate 4-5 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
- After you have depleted the tomatoes, you can just cut up more and add to the liquid to marinate again.
