Caviar Potatoes
- 7 small new potatoes
- 2 12 cups boiling water
- 12 cup sour cream, plus
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 12 teaspoons black caviar, drained (apprx)
- 2 12 teaspoons golden black caviar, drained (apprx)
- Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
- Chill.
- Slice potatoes crosswise into 1/4 inch slices.
- Place potatoe slices on a serving platter.
- Top each slice with about 3/4 teaspoon sour cream and about 1/8 teaspoon caviar.
