Caviar Potatoes

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
  2. Chill.
  3. Slice potatoes crosswise into 1/4 inch slices.
  4. Place potatoe slices on a serving platter.
  5. Top each slice with about 3/4 teaspoon sour cream and about 1/8 teaspoon caviar.
