Saucy Creole-Style Shrimp Skillet

  1. Cook bacon and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat 10 min.
  2. or until bacon is crisp, stirring frequently.
  3. Add green peppers; cook an additional 3 min.
  4. or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in shrimp; cook 3 to 5 min.
  6. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add tomatoes, broth and red pepper.
  8. Bring to boil.
  9. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 3 min.
  10. or until heated through.
  11. Serve over the rice.
  12. Top with sour cream.
