Hazelnut Bottom Crust
- 1 12 cups hazelnut meal
- 2 tablespoons organic sugar
- 14 teaspoon earth balance vegan margarine (melted)
- Preheat the oven to 350'F.
- Combine the hazelnut meal and sugar in a medium bowl.
- Melt the Vegan Margarine in a small pot.
- Add the margarine to the hazelnut sugar meal and toss with a fork until well combined.
- Press into the bottom of an 8x8" baking dish.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the hazelnuts are golden.
- Cool completely and top with your favourite filling.
