Dark Chocolate Delights Ice Cream Sandwiches

• brownie mix
• 1 gal. chocolate ice cream
• 1-1/2 qt. PHILADELPHIA DELIGHTS Dark Chocolate

1. For Trial Recipe: Prepare 1.25 lb.
2. brownie mix as directed on package, adding an additional 2 oz.
3. water.
4. Divide batter between 2 half-sheet pans lined with buttered parchment paper.
5. Bake in 375 degrees F standard oven 10 min.
6. or until center is done.
7. Cool slightly.
8. Freeze until completely frozen.
9. Combine ice cream and Delights; spread onto 1 pan of brownies.
10. Top with second brownie layer.
11. Press down with half-sheet pan to flatten to an even thickness.
12. Freeze 1 hour.
13. Cut into 20 (4x5-inch) sandwiches.
