Moms Ribs

  1. Slab about 6-8 country style pork spare ribs on a pan and cook, uncovered for about an hour and a half at 250.
  2. While that is going, make your sauce by adding ketchup, drained pineapple, diced small onion, mustard and brown sugar to a saucepan and simmering for about ten minutes.
  3. (For best results add MOST, not all, of everything, so you can add more later to make the sauce to your liking.)
  4. If you feel like the sauce needs more sweetness, now is the point for adding more sugar, if you feel like it needs more tang, add some mustard.
  5. Next, drain the fat off the ribs and cover the ribs with the sauce and then tinfoil and throw back in the oven for two and a half hours at 325.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes and enjoy.
