Easy Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe

  1. In a 4-c. glass measure heat the butter in a microwave oven on high for 45-60 seconds.
  2. Add in the bread crumbs, apple, raisins, onion, sage, 1/2 tsp.
  3. salt, and 1/4 tsp.
  4. pepper.
  5. Toss to mix.
  6. Add in 1 Tbsp.
  7. cider to moisten.
  8. Arrange 4 chops in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish.
  9. Spoon the apple mix over each chop.
  10. Place the remaining chops atop stuffing.
  11. Combine gravy mix with the remaining cider; brush over chops.
  12. Micro-cook, covered, on medium high 14-18 min or possibly till chops are tender.
  13. To serve, transfer chops to a platter.
  14. Serves 4.
