Pickled Crawfish Recipe
- 2 1/2 pound crawfish tails, cooked
- 2 lg. onions, sliced
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 1/4 tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 1/4 c. salad oil
- Place boiled crawfish in bottom of large jar.
- Add in onion slices.
- Mix together salad oil, vinegar, salt, celery seed, and Tabasco.
- Pour over crawfish.
- Chill for 24 hrs.
