Short Cut Chili Con Carne Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 to 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (16 ounce.) cans kidney beans
- In skillet break up beef with fork and cook till lightly browned.
- Pour off excess fat.
- In slow cooking pot combine meat with onion, salt, chili pwdr, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce, and kidney beans.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hrs.
