Bacon Wrapped Cream Cheese Chicken
- 1/2 packages cream cheese
- 1 lb bacon
- 2 each large chicken breast
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 dash salt
- 1 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, onion powder and garlic salt.
- Slice chicken breast in half and butterfly.
- Apply desired amount into crease and fold over.
- Wrap bacon around chicken while sprinkling brown sugar on each piece and hold together with toothpicks
- Cook for 25 minutes.
- Then turn chicken and cook an additional 25 min.
