VELVEETA Extremely Easy Taco Bake
- 2 cans (425 g each) chili
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1-1/4 cups drained canned chili-style diced tomatoes
- 125 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 3 cups coarsely crushed tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup loosely packed shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Combine first 4 ingredients.
- Layer 1/3 of the chili mixture and half the crushed chips in 1.5-L baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; repeat layers.
- Cover with remaining chili mixture.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until heated through.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
