Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting

  1. Mix first four ingredients until creamy.
  2. Then add the last four ingredients and mix with a medium speed until well blended.
  3. Pour into sheet cake pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Poke it gently in the center.
  6. If it springs bake immediately, it is done.
  7. Mix ingredients for frosting until well blended and use to top cake once it is completely cool.
