Easy Coleslaw
- 2 12 oz. packs deluxe Coleslaw cabbage mix
- 1 small Onion
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup White vinegar
- 3/4 cup Hellmans mayo
- 1 tbs. Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tsp. each, salt and pepper
- 2 tsp. Celery seed
- Mix sugar and vinegar.
- Put onion in food processor and mince.
- Add remaining ingredients (except cabbage) and process on med.
- high until well mixed, about 15 seconds.
- Rest mixture for 1 minute, then process again for 15 seconds.
- Add mixture to cabbage in large bowl.
- Refrigerate 4 hrs., stirring occasionally.
- Will thicken up on standing.
- Mix well and serve.
