Mango-Apricot Daiquiri
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1/2 cup apricot nectar
- 1 oz. dark rum
- 1/2 oz. apricot liqueur (optional)
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 2 thin slices of lime
- In large blender, combine mango, ice, apricot nectar, rum, optional liqueur and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into two tall glasses and garnish each with a slice of lime.
