Red Velvet Cookies With Cream Cheese Frosting

• 1 box Red velvet cake mix
• 2 Eggs
• 6 tsp Butter melted
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 cup Powdered sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 Bar of cream cheese

1. Mix all cookie ingredients until well mixed
2. Form into 1 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet ( I use a greased foil sheet)
3. Bake @ 375 for 9 minutes
4. For frosting mix all ingredients.
5. Spoonful frosting on a cooled cookie and place another cookie to form a sandwich
