Plum Streusel Cake
- 4 cups flour, divided
- 2-3/4 cups sugar, divided
- 1-1/4 cups butter, softened, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 eggs
- 4 plums, thinly sliced
- Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Mix 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in nuts.
- Line 13x9-inch pan with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides.
- Beat cream cheese, remaining butter, remaining sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually beat in remaining flour; pour into prepared pan.
- Top with plums and streusel topping.
- Bake 1 hour 15 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
- Cool 30 min.
- Remove from pan.
- Cool completely.
