Oat-Flakes Soup
- 75 g butter
- 1 onion
- 100 g oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 liter stock
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon chives
- Melt the butter in a pot.
- Brown the onion and oat-flakes.
- It'll start to smell as nuts.
- Add eggs and salt and stir well.
- Then add the stock, stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Try it and add the salt or pepper as you wish.
- Don't forget to add the cutted chives at the end.
