Oat-Flakes Soup

  1. Melt the butter in a pot.
  2. Brown the onion and oat-flakes.
  3. It'll start to smell as nuts.
  4. Add eggs and salt and stir well.
  5. Then add the stock, stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. Try it and add the salt or pepper as you wish.
  7. Don't forget to add the cutted chives at the end.
