Vickys Spicy Grilled Salmon, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

  1. Put everything apart from the salmon into a bowl and stir well to combine
  2. Coat the salmon fillets with this marinade, then place them into a glass dish to absorb the flavours for 4 hours, or better overnight, in the refrigerator
  3. When ready to cook, place them on a grill pan and cook under a preheated medium grill (broiler) for 3-4 minutes each side
  4. Serve with tomato wedges, finely chopped spring onions/scallions, shredded lettuce and some lime slices for garnish
