Cranberry Chocolate Delight Recipe
- 800 grams White Chocolate (not cooking chocolate)
- 2 Cups dessicated coconut
- 1 Cup Craisins (dried cranberries)
- 1 Cup Shelled pistachios
- Place baking paper into slice tin and set aside.
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.
- (also could melt in microwave in 30 sec intervals)
- Add coconut, craisins and pistachios and combine.
- Pour into prepared tin and smooth until level.
- Place in fridge for approx 30 mins to set.
- Slice into desired triangular pieces or any shape you desire.
