Mhu pad Prick powe or stir fry pork in sweet chili paste
- 200 grams of slices pork
- 1 each half of red, green and yellow bell peppers slices
- 1 half onion slices
- 1/2 tsp of chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp of Namm Prick Powe or sweet chili paste
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp of fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of pork stock powder
- 1 tbsp of oil
- In the heating pan add oil and garlic, fry till golden brown
- Add pork and keep fry till pork cooked
- Add onion and bell peppers, then chili paste stir until get nice colors and all vegetables get soft
- Add oyster sauce, sugar, pork stock powder and fish sauce then stir well.
- Served with rice
