Bourbon Marinade (All-Purpose)

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large glass or earthenware bowl until well blended.
  2. Add meat to marinade.
  3. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight, turning 4 times.
  4. (Makes 6 1/2 to 7 cups)
  5. This makes enough to marinate 6 to 7 lbs of any big or small game meat.
