Saucy Salsa Chicken and Vegetables
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 cup small broccoli florets
- 1 cup red pepper strips
- 1/2 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- Cook chicken in skillet on medium heat 6 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (165F).
- Add broccoli and peppers; cover.
- Cook 4 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Stir in salsa and dressing; simmer 3 to 4 min.
- or until sauce is slightly thickened, and evenly coats chicken mixture.
