Teriyaki Meat-Stuffed Peppers

  1. Slice the peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  2. Combine the ingredients to make the meat stuffing.
  3. Dust the cut peppers inside with flour using a tea strainer.
  4. Stuff the peppers with the meat stuffing from Step 1.
  5. Pan fry the peppers on both sides in a frying pan with oil.
  6. When the peppers are cooked through, add the teriyaki sauce and simmer over a low heat.
  7. Make sure not to let it burn.
  8. When the sauce is glossy, it's done.
