Grilled Honey Dijon Ham Steaks.
- 1 lb Ham steaks
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon style mustard
- 1 tbsp Dark molasses
- 1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- Mix glace ingredients and simmer on the stove for a minute or two.
- Set up grill for Direct Heat.
- Place ham steak on the grill and glaze with sauce.
- Cook 3 or 5 minutes.
- Flip him over and glaze with sauce and cook for another 3 to 4 minute, "being careful not to burn" the bottom.
- Serve right away and with any extra glaze.
