Grilled Honey Dijon Ham Steaks.

  1. Mix glace ingredients and simmer on the stove for a minute or two.
  2. Set up grill for Direct Heat.
  3. Place ham steak on the grill and glaze with sauce.
  4. Cook 3 or 5 minutes.
  5. Flip him over and glaze with sauce and cook for another 3 to 4 minute, "being careful not to burn" the bottom.
  6. Serve right away and with any extra glaze.
