Chikuwa, Snow Pea, and Sesame Vinegar Miso Mix

  1. Wash the snow peas and remove the fibers.
  2. Slice the chikuwa into 5 mm diagonals.
  3. Boil the snow peas in boiling water.
  4. Turn off the heat once the snow peas have cooked through, and add the chikuwa.
  5. Immediately drain in a sieve to cool.
  6. Vinegar Miso Mix the ingredients together.
  7. After it has all blended together, add the vinegar, and stir well.
  8. Place the chikuwa and snow peas into seperate bowls.
  9. Mix in the Miso Vinegar a bit at a time.
  10. Add the sesame seeds, mix, and it is done.
  11. If you have leftover miso vinegar, please try with broccoli.
