Healthy Baked Chicken Italian Style

  1. Pre heat oven to 375.
  2. Spray baking dish with cooking spray or lightly coat with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle each side of chicken breast with salt, pepper and minced garlic.
  4. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken and sprinkle with your favorite cheese.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 30 min or until chicken is no longer pink.
  6. Served by itself it makes a great low carb/ low fat meal or it could be served over pasta.
