Healthy Baked Chicken Italian Style
- 4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
- 12 cup shredded cheese
- fresh minced garlic
- salt and pepper
- Pre heat oven to 375.
- Spray baking dish with cooking spray or lightly coat with olive oil.
- Sprinkle each side of chicken breast with salt, pepper and minced garlic.
- Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken and sprinkle with your favorite cheese.
- Bake uncovered for about 30 min or until chicken is no longer pink.
- Served by itself it makes a great low carb/ low fat meal or it could be served over pasta.
