Asian BBQ Pork Tenderloin

  1. Combine all ingredients except pork in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Place tenderloin in a large zip-lock bag and pour marinade over the meat.
  3. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
  4. Overnight is better.
  5. When ready to cook turn your BBQ to high heat.
  6. Remove pork from marinade and pat dry.
  7. Reserve the marinade for basting.
  8. Sear the tenderloin on all sides.
  9. About three minutes a side for a total of 12 minutes.
  10. Then reduce heat to medium and cook for an additional 12 minutes.
  11. Continue to rotate the meat every three minutes, basting often (just dont baste in the last few minutes since the marinade had raw meat in it).
  12. Remove meat from heat and tent with tin foil and leave to rest for ten minutes.
  13. Slice and serve.
