Microwave Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 2 (1 pound 4 ounce.) cans pineapple rings
- Water
- In microwave cake dish heat butter.
- Add in brown sugar; mix.
- Spread proportionately over bottom of pan.
- Lay pineapple over bottom; cover proportionately.
- Mix cake mix; use pineapple juice for mix instead of water.
- Add in water to juice to make 1 c. liquid.
- Mix cake batter.
- Pour over pineapple and brown sugar.
- Microwave on HIGH 8 min or possibly till hard.
