Microwave Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe

• 1/4 c. melted butter
• 1/3 c. brown sugar
• 1 yellow cake mix
• 2 (1 pound 4 ounce.) cans pineapple rings
• Water

1. In microwave cake dish heat butter.
2. Add in brown sugar; mix.
3. Spread proportionately over bottom of pan.
4. Lay pineapple over bottom; cover proportionately.
5. Mix cake mix; use pineapple juice for mix instead of water.
6. Add in water to juice to make 1 c. liquid.
7. Mix cake batter.
8. Pour over pineapple and brown sugar.
9. Microwave on HIGH 8 min or possibly till hard.
