Ann B Davis' Pork Chops And Apple Sauce Recipe
- 1/2 c. Unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 8 x Boneless pork chops Salt, to taste
- 2 tsp Coarsely grnd black pepper
- 2/3 c. Dry vermouth
- 1/4 c. Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Finely grated lemon zest
- Flavor chops with spices.
- Combine vermouth, lemon juice, butter and oil in sauce pan.
- Fry chops.
- Grate lemon peel as garnish.
- Prepare over apple sauce.
- Give Tiger a bath - and do not play ball in the house.
