Vickys Best Egg Replacer Powder for Gluten-Free & Vegan Baking

  1. Whisk the powders together then put into a labelled container and seal
  2. Shake well prior to every use
  3. To substitute for one egg, add 1.5 teaspoons of egg replacer powder to 3 tablespoons of water and whisk into a slurry with a fork
  4. Use as you would in place of store bought packaged egg replacer powder
  5. The arrowroot and gum provide the binding and the baking powder provides the leavening with great results!
