Vickys Best Egg Replacer Powder for Gluten-Free & Vegan Baking
- 260 grams arrowroot powder
- 85 grams baking powder
- 1 tbsp xanthan gum
- Whisk the powders together then put into a labelled container and seal
- Shake well prior to every use
- To substitute for one egg, add 1.5 teaspoons of egg replacer powder to 3 tablespoons of water and whisk into a slurry with a fork
- Use as you would in place of store bought packaged egg replacer powder
- The arrowroot and gum provide the binding and the baking powder provides the leavening with great results!
