Chirimenjako and Cheese on Toast
- 1 slice Sliced bread
- 1 Pizza cheese
- 1 Chirimenjako (small)
- 1 Mayonnaise
- Top the bread with pizza cheese.
- Top with chrimenjako.
- Place on aluminium foil in a oven, and toast until the cheese melts and the chirimen jako becomes crispy.
- When it's almost done toasting, if you remove the aluminium foil, the bottom will be golden brown, too.
- Drizzle sesame oil if you like.
- Top with fresh vegetables.
- Squeeze mayonnaise thinly at the end and toast even if you worry about the sodium and calorie intake.
- That's also delicious.
- It comes in handy if you freeze leftover pizza cheese and for later.You can also freeze chirimen jako.
