Quick Sauteed Mushrooms and Prawns with Cheese

  1. Cut the mushrooms into 1/4 wedges, and the cheese into small cubes.
  2. Put the flour into a plastic bag and then the prawns, cheese and mushrooms Shake well to coat with the flour, then transfer to a frying pan.
  3. Stir-fry in heated olive oil.
  4. When its cooked and the cheese melts all over, turn the heat off.
  5. Drizzle with soy sauce.
  6. Serve with sprinkles of chopped spring onions on top if you like.
