Turkey Waldorf Pockets

  1. Mix fruit, celery, mayonnaise and yogurt in medium bowl until well combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until youre ready to prepare your lunch.
  3. Line each pita half with a lettuce leaf and several slices of turkey.
  4. Stuff with a scoop of chilled fruit mixture.
  5. Wrap each pocket individually in plastic wrap.
