Chocolate-Brandied Cherry Truffles

• 48 maraschino cherries with stems, well-drained
• 1/2 cup brandy
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 36 OREO Cookies, finely crushed
• 24 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted

1. Soak cherries in brandy overnight.
2. Drain well on paper towels.
3. Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended.
4. Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls.
5. Gently mold cream cheese mixture around each cherry.
6. Dip in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet.
7. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
