Asian Sesame-Beef Fajitas
- 1/2 cup Renee's Asian Sesame Vinaigrette, divided
- 1 lb. (450 g) beef sirloin steak, cut across the grain into thin slices
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup each slivered red onions and thin red pepper strips
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- Heat 1/4 cup vinaigrette in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
- Add vegetables and bean sprouts; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Spoon meat mixture onto tortillas; top with lettuce.
- Drizzle with remaining vinaigrette; roll up.
