GERMAN'S Chocolate Cream Cheese Brownies
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S GERMAN'S Sweet Chocolate
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 3 eggs, divided
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- 4 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Stir 3/4 cup of the sugar into chocolate mixture until well blended.
- Add 2 of the eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Stir in 1/2 cup flour until well blended.
- Stir in pecans.
- Spread into greased 8-inch square baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese, remaining 1/4 cup sugar, remaining egg and 1 Tbsp.
- flour in small bowl until well blended.
- Spoon over brownie mixture; cut through batter several times with knife.
- Bake at 350F for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
- (Do not overbake.)
- Cool in pan; cut into squares.
