Multi-Grain Morning Granola

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, bran, wheat germ, almonds, and cinnamon.
  2. In a sauce pan, heat honey (or maple syrup), butter, and water until hot.
  3. Stir in oat mixture.
  4. Spread onto a baking pan.
  5. Bake in oven at 350F for 8-10 mins or until lightly toasted.
  6. Stir once.
  7. Let cool completely.
