Creamy Coleslaw

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons celery seeds
• 12 teaspoon kosher salt
• 16 ounces shredded cabbage mix with carrots

1. Mix all but the cabbage mix in a big bowl.
2. Add the cabbage and toss well.
3. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
4. Toss again before serving.
