Nachos
- 3- 1/2 ounces, weight Tortilla Chips, About 30 Round Chips
- 3- 1/2 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 3- 1/2 ounces, weight Shredded, Fully Cooked Chicken Breast, Optional Ingredient
- 1/2 cups Black Beans
- 2 Tablespoons Diced Red Or White Onion
- 1/2 cups Sliced Black Olives
- 1/2 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted, And Diced
- 1/4 cups Sliced Pickled Jalapenos, More To Taste
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- Sliced Green Onion, Chopped Cilantro For Garnish, Optional
- 1/2 cups Fresh Salsa, If Desired
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Chop or grate ingredients if necessary at this time.
- Place tortilla chips on a baking sheet in an even layer, placing them close together but not overlapping.
- Top chips in the following order with: cheese, chicken and beans.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 4 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven.
- Top with remaining ingredients: onion, olive, avocado, jalapeno, shredded lettuce and dollops of sour cream.
- Garnish with green onion and cilantro, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
