Nachos

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Chop or grate ingredients if necessary at this time.
  2. Place tortilla chips on a baking sheet in an even layer, placing them close together but not overlapping.
  3. Top chips in the following order with: cheese, chicken and beans.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 4 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from oven.
  6. Top with remaining ingredients: onion, olive, avocado, jalapeno, shredded lettuce and dollops of sour cream.
  7. Garnish with green onion and cilantro, if desired.
  8. Serve immediately.
