Chocolate and Peanut Butter Ribbon Dessert

  1. Crush 8 cookies; mix with butter.
  2. Press onto bottom of foil-lined 9 by 5-inch loaf pan.
  3. Mix next 4 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  4. Whisk in 3 cups COOL WHIP; spoon 1/2 cup into small bowl.
  5. Blend in melted chocolate.
  6. Spread half the remaining cream cheese mixture over crust; top with layers of chocolate mixture and remaining cream cheese mixture.
  7. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Invert onto plate.
  9. Remove foil, then re-invert dessert onto platter so crumb layer is on bottom.
  10. Coarsely break remaining cookies.
  11. Top dessert with remaining COOL WHIP and broken cookies.
