Jalapeno BBQ Sauce

  1. In a medium saucepan, carefully heat the whiskey over medium heat until it catches fire.
  2. Let the alcohol burn off, leaving about 1/2 a cup of whiskey reduced.
  3. Add butter, jalapenos, BBQ sauce, cayenne and the honey; let it simmer for about 1 hour.
  4. Stirring frequently.
  5. Pull off the heat and let cool to room temperature.
  6. You can store in bottles in the fridge for up 1 month.
