Oatmeal cookies

• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 cup oats
• 1 cup butter
• 3/4 cup brown sugar splenda
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla

1. preheat oven 350
2. mix flour, baking soda, & salt in Med bowel
3. In large bowel mix together butter & splenda til smooth & no lumps
4. Add egg & vanilla & beat til fully mixed
5. Add flour mixture combine
6. Gradually add oats til just incorporated
7. scoop dough balls on pan & press down with fork
8. Cook for about 12 mins
