Okara Rice Bowl with Wakame
- 50 grams Fresh okara
- 50 grams Re-hydrated wakame
- 1 Egg
- 1 Crab sticks (optional)
- 1/2 tbsp Miso
- 1/2 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tbsp Water
- 1 bowl Cooked white rice
- 1 Roasted sesame seeds (for the topping)
- Combine the ingredients.
- Add the egg and beat.
- Put the wakame and a small amount of sesame oil (not listed) in a frying pan and lightly saute.
- Add the okara.
- Add Step 1 to Step 2 and mix.
- Turn off the heat when the egg is soft-set.
- Fill a bowl with rice and top with the wakame egg mixture from Step 3.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and it's complete.
- This can also be enjoyed as a snack without rice.
- Increase the volume by increasing all of the ingredients, except for the egg.
- Feel free to make modifications.
